Yes. Most TV’s come with a 5 year manufacturers guarantee. Audio products vary between 1 and 3 years dependent on the manufacturer. Your installation work is guaranteed for 1 year.

We are here for you if things go wrong. Your first step is to contact us by phone or email and we will guide you through your options.

If your purchase is under 30 days old.

Either return or we can collect your faulty product ( along with all original packaging and accessories ) and we will exchange it for a new one. Simple!

If your purchase is installations over 30 days old but within the manufacturers guarantee period.

We will provide a speedy, free of charge repair. This may be done at your home or it may need to be collected.

Once you have chosen and purchased your tv / audio equipment we will arrange a time and date of your choice for the installation. We will bring your equipment with us on the installation day.

This will vary dependant on the tv / audio equipment you choose however generally most installtions are completed within 2 to 4 hours.

We will always install your tv and audio equipment to the highest possible standard. This means where possible all wiring will be concealed within wall cavities or if you have solid walls they will be channeled out and replastered.

We can also help with resiting or hiding the equipment that connects to your tv such as set top boxes, games consoles and more. This may be concealing your set top box behind your tv or resiting them to a cupboard or other out of the way space. This can benefit you by freeing up floor space or giving your living area a clutter free modern design.
